What do you like best about Printful?

"Products Are OK, Service Is Horrendous"

What do you like best about Printful?

I like the range of product options, and the pricing seems reasonable. It also feels easy enough to customize to what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Printful?

Their service has been really frustrating. I had my web team follow the steps they recommended to get my store to sync, and we still haven’t had any luck. They escalated the issue to a different team, and you’d think that would open up a new path to a resolution, but it hasn’t changed anything so far. On top of that, they won’t jump into a quick live screen share to help troubleshoot, saying it affects their privacy. Has anyone else run into this issue? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
